HOT Beauty company in OC is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage Ulta Sell In. MUST be on site 5 days a week!!
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Grow Retail Partnerships : Own the day-to-day relationship with buyers, planners, and cross-functional partners at Ulta Beauty, Mecca, Nordstrom and emerging global retailers.
- Drive Commercial Strategy : Develop and execute annual and seasonal business plans that meet sales, margin, and growth targets
- Launch with Impact (in lockstep with Trade Marketing) : Partner with the Trade Marketing Director to ensure launches are strategically sold in, flawlessly executed in-store, and fully supported with retailer.com presence.
- Weekly Sales Reporting : Deliver timely performance reports to leadership and Trade Marketing, identifying growth opportunities and areas for course correction.
- Assortment & Item Set-Up Management : Oversee accurate and timely item onboarding, assortment changes, and set-up processes with each retailer for all brands.
- Visual Merchandising Collaboration : Provide input to Trade Marketing on merchandising strategies, ensuring retail execution aligns with business priorities and shopper behavior.
- Budget Partnership : Work with leadership on annual and seasonal budget creation, ensuring commercial strategies are supported by the right resources.
- Co-Op Budget Management : Manage retailer budgets and Co-op allowances (Ulta) and collaborate with Trade Marketing to invest in high-ROI activities.
- Retailer Presentation Contributor : Serve as a key contributor to retailer presentations by providing commercial insights, sales performance data, and account-specific strategies that support the overall strategy.
- Field Support & Education : Collaborate with field and store teams are educated, motivated, and fully equipped to deliver a premium brand experience.
- Support Global Growth : Partner with leadership to build account strategies for new global markets.
What You’ll Bring
Min proven experience managing key retail accounts in beauty on sell in AND sell through.- 3 years!!Strong financial acumen and comfort with retail math.Relationship builder with the confidence to influence at all levels.A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.MUST live in SoCal and open to working on site 4 days in OC-non negotiable
