Responsibilities include conducting cardiovascular assessments, managing patients with chronic cardiac conditions, interpreting diagnostic tests, collaborating closely with cardiologists on treatment plans, educating patients on prevention and lifestyle modifications, and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Job Description :

Compensation : $140000 - $160000 Job ID : 29074

Job Function :

Conducting comprehensive cardiovascular evaluations and follow-ups.

Managing a personal panel of 12-16patients per day.

Collaborating with cardiologists to develop and implement care plans.

Providing patient education on heart health, medications, and lifestyle changes.

Offering cross-coverage only when covering PTO; otherwise based at one location.

Participating in training (available for Primary Care NPs / PAs transitioning into cardiology).

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience as a Cardiology NP / PA, with prior exposure to obesity medicine preferred.
• Active New York License.
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant.
