Your Role as a Junior Business Manager :

Lead customer interactions and drive Frontier sales.

Manage daily sales activities and team performance.

Support customers with product knowledge and service.

Set goals and motivate your team to meet targets.

Monitor results and identify areas for improvement.

Work with fellow Junior Business Managers to develop sales strategies.

Represent Next Era at company and client events.

Contribute to team culture and overall success.
