Job description

Clinic RN / Registered Nurse

Home Health, Home Care, Geriatric Nursing experience preferred.
Denver, CO.
Now hiring for November and December start dates!
$50 / hour.
$75 / hour overtime.
Monday - Friday.
No weekends or holidays!

Position Details :

Deliver skilled nursing care and assessments in participant homes, ensuring quality and safety.

Coordinate care plans, medications, and physician orders across the interdisciplinary team.

Educate participants and families on treatments, medications, and self-care practices.

Triage participant needs, manage follow-up after hospital or specialist visits, and adjust care as needed.

Document all nursing interventions, changes in condition, and progress in electronic records.

Support and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and home care staff to maintain consistent, person-centered care.

Qualifications :

3 years + RN experience.

Home Health and Geriatric Nursing experience highly preferred.

AHA BLS.

CO or multistate RN license in good standing.

Clean BG upon hire.
