- Active Mississippi medical license
- Active MS DEA
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM), Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
- Completed ACGME or AOA-approved residency program
- Active clinical practice within the past 12 months (exceptions may be reviewed by the PEC & MEC)
