• Sign-on Bonus : $10,000 sign-on bonus eligibleposition, provided the candidate meets the eligibility requirements
• Shift Schedule : Full time (36 hours) Nights, 6 : 30am-7 : 00pm,with weekend rotation

OurNew Grad Residency Programis a 12-month program that supports newly licensed registered nurses (RNs) as they make their initial transition to practice in one of our five medical centers. You will provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will direct and lead other assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide age / developmentally appropriate care in accordance with nursing standards of care and practice.
