Behavior Technician - In-Home ABA (PM Shift) - Maywood Area

Overview

Join our team of dedicated ABA professionals and spend your afternoons working one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum. You\'ll follow personalized treatment plans created by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help children make meaningful progress in their daily lives, right in their own homes.

Pay and Schedule

Base pay range

$24.00 / hr - $32.00 / hr

Pay : $24-$32 / hour

Schedule : Afternoon hours | Part-time

Setting : In-home sessions in the Maywood, NJ area

Responsibilities

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy during in-home afternoon sessions
• Implement individualized care plans under BCBA guidance
• Support the development of communication, independence, and behavioral skills
• Track progress and help families feel confident and supported
