Key Responsibilities
Configure new client implementations in Benefits and HR modules of UKG Ready
Conduct thorough client discovery and partner with project teams to execute implementation plans
Provide training, technical support, and maintain project documentation for implementation projects
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UKG Ready HR implementation or administration
Experience in configuring core HR functionality, including workflows and benefit plans
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
Strong organizational skills to manage project timelines and deliverables
