Position Summary :

Palm House is seeking a skilled and dependable PM Engineering Technician to join our Maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance-preferably in a hotel or resort environment.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are well-maintained and align with Palm House's high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Preventive Maintenance

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on guest rooms, equipment, and building systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical).
• Maintain and update maintenance logs to ensure compliance with the property's preventive maintenance program.
• Inspect and service tools and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Support energy conservation and efficiency initiatives throughout the property.
• Conduct maintenance inspections and repairs for arrival rooms.
