Position Overview

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of electrical estimating experience, especially in industrial wastewater treatment and design-build / assist projects, and will provide accurate cost estimates, risk analysis, and bid support for critical infrastructure projects.

Job Duties

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand technical requirements for data center and industrial projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, and other documents to identify key project elements.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using industry-standard software.
• Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs to develop comprehensive budgets.
• Prepare, submit, and coordinate competitive and organized bids.
• Obtain accurate pricing for materials and subcontractor services with procurement.
• Evaluate potential risks and incorporate mitigation strategies into estimates.
• Provide cost-saving alternatives while maintaining quality.
• Align estimated costs with project budgets and collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement.
