Your Role as a Tax Consultant :

Joining H&R Block as a Tax Consultant means receiving comprehensive support and expert training to help you succeed in your tax career. You will enjoy the autonomy and flexibility needed to balance your unique life.

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients as well as via virtual tools including video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare accurate and complete tax returns.
• Drive business growth by enhancing client retention and offering additional products and services.
• Assist clients with IRS inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to align with office priorities.
• Continuously develop your tax expertise.

Pay Information : The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 / hour. Individual pay will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Successful candidates may qualify for additional incentive compensation plans. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and / or eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401k), Employee Assistance Program, fitness programs, and receive associate discounts. Additionally, they also benefit from Business Travel Accident Insurance and Associate Tax Prep benefit.
