Call Schedule : Shared rotation among OB / GYN team

Position Overview

A respected, community-based women s health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB / GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Situated between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers the opportunity to establish a fulfilling OB / GYN practice in a medically underserved area perfect for physicians who are committed to patient-centered care and clinical equity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $300,000 $325,000 (based on experience)
• Incentive Plan : Productivity-based RVU bonus structure
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000
