LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

compensation: Wage: $27-$35/hour dependent upon skills and experience

We are busy now, 45-55 hours per week, year round work available.

DreamScapes Landscaping and Design has been designing and installing the Twin Cities finest high-end residential & commercial landscapes for over 30 years. Our growing Roseville/Centerville based firm is looking for a highly skilled landscape foreman. Position Requirements:

3+ years as a landscape foreman & expert hardscape installer
Project management skills
Operate skid loader & mini excavator, and drive trucks with trailers- Class A driver’s license is preferred
Ability to set grades, read plans, communicate with clients, and problem solve
Must take complex residential & commercial landscape projects from start to finish
Manage 1-3 crew members and complete jobs on schedule with a high level of craftsmanship
Knowledgeable in plant identification
Mechanical ability is a plus
