Knoxville Center for Autism is currently seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team. Our center specializes in providing ABA-VB therapy to children aged 2-10 with an Autism Diagnosis. In this role, the Speech Therapist will operate within our clinic, conducting engaging and effective speech sessions lasting between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

We are seeking a qualified candidate with a proven track record of experience in working with children diagnosed with autism, coupled with the ability to adeptly handle behavioral challenges that may arise during sessions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Conducting appropriate initial Assessments & reassessments as needed.
• Conducting sessions (30min - 1 hour in length) in clinical setting.
• Conducting Parent Support (training) sessions as needed with families during sessions.
• Complete session notes daily and reports as required by payor.
• Collaborate with all professionals at KCA to coordinate care.
• Manage existing caseload
• Experience teaching and working with different AAC devices.
• Strive to help every child reach their full potential.
