As the Product Designer, you will define Coactives design approach and languages. You will work closely with product and engineering to distill complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. Your approach centers on deep empathy for customers and placing their needs at the core of your design process. Understanding the customers who use our products is essential, and we want designers who are curious about their needs and day-to-day workflow. You should thrive in an iterative, fast-paced environment and eagerly solicit feedback and ask questions to create the best product for our customers.

What Youll Do

• Design simple and elegant experiences that delight users as they work with unstructured data.
• Understand customer needs, design flows, and user journeys for their requirements.
• Develop visually appealing design elements, including layouts, color schemes, and iconography.
• Ensure consistency in design across product touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.

This is a hybrid position based in San Jose, California.

The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $199,000-$220,000 .
