Job descriptionProvide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health and report any changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum of one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing. Current BLS / CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Flexible contract lengths from 4 to 13 weeks. Opportunities to work in diverse locations across Pennsylvania.
