Key Responsibilities :

Lead full lifecycle EZ Call implementation projects including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support

Build complex, rule-driven schedules for staff and physicians

Ensure compliance with healthcare scheduling regulations and develop training materials for users

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience leading UKG EZ Call implementations

Experience with full system development lifecycles from testing through go-live

Strong healthcare industry experience

Expertise in UKG EZ Call and advanced scheduling integration

Experience working with end users and system integrators
