Job descriptionKnowledge of water heaters, water filtration, generators, and HVAC systems Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent sales and negotiating skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to function in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment Must be highly motivated Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledgeable in using a computer, tablet, smart phone, and other work-related technology Bachelors Degree preferred but not required Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen as this is a safety-sensitive position Extensive benefits package : Majority of employee Health premiums and a portion for dependents is paid by Airco Dental and Vision coverage available at minimal cost to employees Short-term and Long-term disability options (LTD covered by Airco) $20,000 life insurance policy paid by Airco Additional Voluntary term-life coverage options 401K and Roth options with company match. Up to 3 weeks paid vacation Paid holidays
HVAC Commercial Sales Representative
Generator, Water, Heater, Water Filtration, HVAC, Ductwork Sales Job Duties :
- Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads
- Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or services needs
- Demonstrate functions and utility of products or services of customers based on their needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
- Maintain detailed reports on sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other customer or vendor relationship issues
- Perform other job duties as assigned
