Change Management Manager - Communications, Media & Technology - San Francisco / San Jose

Responsibilities
- Understand client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved, and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client.
- Additional responsibilities in at least one of the following change management offering areas, including the application of change architectures and models to execute complex change successfully.
- Assist client executives in communicating frameworks, cultural norms, and stakeholder engagement practices.
Organization Change Enablement
Approach Change Management as a science using data-driven methodology.Utilize methods and frameworks that integrate tightly with the broader project.Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, and more.Help re-align the organization with critical business imperatives and specific objectives.Assist with workforce transition and identify opportunities to provide additional client value.Develop trusted relationships with key clients or internal customers.Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%.Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience in change management methodology, job design, stakeholder engagement, and more.Minimum of 2 years consulting experience.Minimum of 2 years project and team management experience.Minimum of 2 years experience in the Communications, Media & Technology industry.Bachelor's Degree.Preferred Skills
Experience in industries such as Products, Financial Services, or Health & Public Service.Experience in HR & Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, or Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness.Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communications skills.Background in individual and / or organizational psychology.Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical, and professional skills development.
