Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and supervise associates to maximize performance and efficiency
Track performance and recommend procedural improvements
Participate in the resolution of client issues and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
2+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Call Center or Customer Service environment
Knowledge of collections, medical terminology, and healthcare administration
Experience in performance management, staffing, and training
Proficiency in personal computing, including MS Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
