Job descriptionResponsible for filling out the paperwork for the return drums to O’ Bryan and putting the Responsible for notifying the Quality Director if 10% or more of the drums are rejected. Inform the Plant Manager or Group Leader of any safety or maintenance issues.
Basic Function :
The Drum Inspector is responsible for over all quality of his / her work. In addition, he / she is
responsible for any other task the Plant Manager or Group Leader deems necessary.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for 100% sorting of reconditioned drums.
- Ensure all drums that are sorted are wrapped then placed in the designated area.
- Responsible for cleanliness of drum storage area, as per MS 9.1 / 3-43.
- Ensure the Reconditioned Drum Inspection Sheet is completed daily (MS 9.1 / 4-12) and
submit to the Plant Manager.
