Roles & Responsibilities :
As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical role in promoting oral health & preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to help our patients by :
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments : Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.
- Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care : Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planning, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
- Patient Education : Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health. Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
- This position is eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Salary : $ 81,950- 100,000 annual with a $5,000 sign on bonus

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.Strong understanding of anatomy as it relates to oral health.Proficiency in patient care techniques and assessment methods.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.Benefits
