Role Overview
You will work under general supervision, receiving instructions and assignments from the supervisor. You must investigate areas of misconduct and security problems. Non-standardized problems are discussed with the supervisor and completed work is reviewed for compliance and accuracy. In this role, you will exercise sound judgment in investigative procedures. The consequence of error could be extreme if there is property loss or loss of life. You will be responsible for the development of a cooperative relationship with all staff and incarcerated individuals. You will work with the supervisor, Warden, Deputy Wardens, and other applicable staff to conduct investigations and gather information.
Salary Statement
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
