UI / UX Designer - Healthcare Payer

We are seeking a collaborative, communicative, and strategic UI / UX Designer to support our growing portfolio of projects within the team. You'll play a key role in designing user-centered digital experiences across several high-impact, data-driven applications that support healthcare operations-particularly those tied to revenue, documentation, and insurance workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of professional experience as a UI / UX or Product Designer (excluding bootcamp-only experience)
• Proficient in Figma (experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or other tools is acceptable, but Figma is preferred)
• Healthcare Payer experience needed : denials, healthcare, payer, insurance.
• Strong understanding of design principles, UX research methods, and human-centered design processes
• Experience working on data-heavy applications or enterprise software platforms
• Ability to present a polished portfolio that clearly outlines your process, from problem discovery through final design
• Experience working with the business and developers
