And strong referral network to multiple specialists within the community

Modern clinic facility with lab services and imaging services on-site

On-site primary care clinic walk-in clinic to provide same day access for minor, acute conditions

Strong primary care support team inclusive of Advanced Practice Providers, LVNs, MAs, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, experienced practice managers, and peer physicians

Highly competitive compensation model that includes incentives for production, panel size, quality / value-based goal achievement, and additional compensation for oversight of Advanced Practice Providers. Guaranteed minimum compensation for the first two years.
