Job Description

Collaborate with preconstruction teams to review plans, budgets, and schedules. Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including site work. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely execution. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards. Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and internal teams. Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Proven experience managing multifamily apartment projects from start to finish
• Strong background in site work and stick-frame construction
• Prior field experience before transitioning into project management
• Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
