A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative functions of the hiring process, including updates to the applicant tracking system and scheduling interviews
Coordinate hiring events and prepare offer letters
Support special program recruiting efforts and perform basic candidate sourcing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related fields (experience may substitute for degree)
2-5 years of applicable experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Must be team-oriented and customer service minded
