In this role you will lead maintenance workers and prioritize facility projects while providing hands-on repairs and service, under the direction of the residential and outpatient Treatment Directors. Under general supervision, operates and maintains high-pressure steam equipment OR serves as Operating Engineer for the operation and maintenance of low-pressure steam equipment OR operates and maintains a wide-range of complex heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration and / or mechanical and electrical equipment. In addition, may provide on-the-job training and work instruction to other facilities maintenance personnel.

Pay :  $23 - $32 / hour

Class C license preferred, may be waived based on facility equipment types. Refrigerant Certification. Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Other qualifications :

18 years of age or older

Education and Experience :

operation, maintenance and repair work. Completion of vocational-technical program course work in air conditioning / refrigeration / heating, electrical maintenance and boiler control, operation and maintenance may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
