Job Title : Licensed Nursing Assistant

Department : Long Term Care

Location : Clifton Springs Nursing Home

Hours Per Week : 22.5

Schedule : Part-time Nights, 11pm - 7 : 30am, Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday

Sign-On Bonus : up to $4500

SUMMARY :

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, where you will provide compassionate and high-quality care to our residents in collaboration with experienced nursing professionals. Your initiative and commitment to patient care will be vital in ensuring the well-being and comfort of each individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Patient Care & Service : Deliver personalized care based on individual needs, assist with daily activities, and provide emotional support to residents and their families.

Safety : Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.

Communication & Documentation : Act as a liaison for families, respond promptly to resident requests, and exchange information with team members for efficient care delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Current New York State certification as a Nursing Assistant.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

EDUCATION :

High School Diploma required.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS :

CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant from New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
