Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Whitehaven, TN for a Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory and stock control, supervising staff, and maintaining optimal safety and organizational standards. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments, managing workflows, supervising forklift operations, and implementing effective processes to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain management. The role requires adherence to company policies and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accuracy and efficiency efficiently supporting Customer Service
• Experience in Inventory Management and Operations Management is essential to oversee and optimize workflows.
• Knowledge of Forklift Operation and the ability to lead warehousing activities safely and effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to accuracy and operational safety.
• Leadership abilities to manage and motivate warehouse teams effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Accurate Data entry skills with an extreme attention to detail
• Ability to attain solid competency and proficiency in D365 BC
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics management role is highly preferred.
• High school diploma is required.
