Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Regional Maintenance Technician in Las Vegas, NV!

Regional Maintenance Technician duties :

• Maintenance and repairs
• Complete visits to all assigned properties at least quarterly
• Keep accurate records of completed work orders reports, site inspections etc.
• Purchase needed supplies and materials
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy - Inspect units for damage, repair and note deficiencies
