Their role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia care, ensuring patient safety and recovery. Reserve CRNAs also train medical personnel, support global readiness and humanitarian missions, and may hold leadership positions.
