What You'll Do

We are seeking a successful Wealth Advisor who loves helping people navigate their complex financial lives. You will bring RDM's mission to life and directly deliver top-tier client service to our high-net-worth families. #LI-Hybrid

  • Participate actively in business development strategies, source new client relationships, and introduce our services and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Build a broader network of clientele by targeting and fostering relationships with centers of influence (COIs), new business opportunities, family offices, and niche markets.
  • Conduct in-depth client reviews to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Take primary responsibility for all aspects of client relationships, understanding their financial situations and requirements. Meet with clients to develop financial plans covering expenses, income, insurance, objectives, tax considerations, and risk tolerance.
  • Be an integral part of the advisory team, providing financial planning and investment advice to clients of varying ages and wealth levels.
  • Utilize our client-centered wealth management philosophy to guide advisory services for individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with tax, legal, and insurance professionals to develop comprehensive financial roadmaps and track progress toward clients' goals.
  • Support the financial planning process through analysis and preparation of clients' planning and investment strategies.
  • Regularly review client accounts to identify necessary adjustments due to personal or financial changes.
  • Communicate relevant market updates to clients and prospects, systematically tracking outreach and progress.
  • Engage in community involvement while representing Hightower.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor for clients and Centers of Influence.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Preferred certifications : CFP, CIMA, CPA, or others.
  • Series 65 or 66 licenses preferred; insurance licenses are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and / or Wealth Management.
  • Knowledge of insurance, financial services industry, and markets across asset classes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM, and investment platforms.
  • Continuous learning mindset and intellectual curiosity.
  • Relationship-building skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Team-oriented with experience delivering client-focused solutions.
