Job descriptionCompetitive Compensation : Earn competitive hourly wages. Flexible Scheduling : Choose shifts that suit your lifestyle. Varied Shifts : 3 to 12 hours per shift. Mornings are most often requested. Full time opportunities may arise. Safety Gear Provided : Ensure protection with provided Personal Protective Equipment. Referral Incentives : Bonus for successful referrals. Consistent Assignments : Build enduring client relationships through consistent assignments. Meaningful Impact : Make a significant difference in the lives of individuals coping with medical or age-related challenges. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking. Medication Reminders : Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition : Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction : Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Health Monitoring : Document care provided and any notable observations. Transportation : This will require a reliable automobile, auto insurance, and a valid driver license. CNA preferred. 1-3 years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred Certification CPR and First Aid a plus. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team. Computer access and basic competency. Fluent English. Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required. High school diploma or equivalent.

As a Caregiver at Executive Home Care Omaha, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care and assistance to our clients in the comfort of their homes in the Omaha area. Experience with ADL's needed. CNA a plus.

Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
Provide transportation for clients.
