• 12-hour onsite ICU shifts with 12 hours call coverage
• 10 - 15 patient encounters per shift
• Closed-door ICU setting
• 30-minute call response time required
• Inpatient pulmonology consults and ICU coverage
• Procedures include vent management, central lines, and intubations
• Overnight call includes clinic after-hours triage
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
