Medical Scheduler – Contract-to-Hire

Location : Albuquerque, NM (Onsite) Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Pay : $18.00 / hour (Non-bilingual) | $19.00 / hour (Bilingual – English / Spanish) Start Date : ASAP

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-respected healthcare provider in Albuquerque to find a motivated Medical Scheduler ready to take the next step in their administrative healthcare career. This full-time, onsite position is an excellent contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values meaningful patient interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a high volume of incoming calls in a professional, call center-style setting

Coordinating and scheduling various radiology procedures (Mammograms, CAT Scans, X-rays, Ultrasounds)

Performing accurate and timely patient registration within the EMR system

Verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance details

Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and data entry as needed

What We’re Looking For

A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

Proven ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities under pressure

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot on the spot

Must be able to work full-time onsite in Albuquerque, NM

Preferred Experience

Background in healthcare scheduling, front office, or medical administration

Previous experience in a call center environment

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Immediate availability and ability to commit to full-time onsite work

Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
