Service Desk Technician

We're looking for a Service Desk Technician to provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support and assist with related project work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering excellent technical support in a hands-on environment.

• Responsibilities :
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for end users
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware and software issues
• Perform computer imaging and hardware replacements
• Set up and configure new systems
• Support project-related IT tasks as needed
• Qualifications :
• Experience with help desk support and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Ability to work on-site in Canyon Lake, TX
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canyon Lake, TX.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr.
