A company is looking for an HR Analyst to support the Human Resources Central Team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the HR shared services team by answering general inquiries about HR, payroll, policies, and procedures
Handle one to three HR programs, including onboarding and offboarding
Create high-quality employee experiences through customer support and conduct New Hire Orientation virtually
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources (or equivalent) is preferred
2+ years of related work experience if holding a Bachelor's degree
Working knowledge of fundamental HR principles, practices, and procedures
Experience improving HR processes and workflows
Familiarity with utilizing technology and software for HR assignments
