DSP Exit Specialist

A company is looking for a DSP Exit Specialist who will provide support and coaching to DSPs exiting from the Delivery Service Provider program.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with and coach DSPs during the offboarding process to minimize lost revenues and achieve collections targets

Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and minimize exit disputes

Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to track dispute progress and facilitate resolution activities

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of relevant professional experience in the fleet industry

Process management experience preferred

Strong knowledge of contracts between clients and last mile delivery providers

High level of knowledge with Xcelerate, Driven, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Smartsheet is a plus

College / University degree preferred
