Daily Responsibilities : Perform take-offs and prepare pre-construction punch out lists Utilize PlanSwift software for preconstruction and project closeout Manage submittals, change orders, and scope development Coordinate with project controls and ensure compliance with building codes Review structural design, blueprints, and AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings Required Skills : Experience in commercial construction projects Proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam software Knowledge of Xactimate and Request For Information processes Strong understanding of civil construction and building codes Ability to interpret and analyze project blueprints and drawings Company Information : BJ's Oilfield Construction has been providing oilfield construction services since 1983, offering a wide range of maintenance for new and existing operations, including solar, gas, wind, and electric power substations.
