collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Finance, Legal, and regional payroll leads to drive

excellence and strategic alignment globally.

Global Payroll Strategy & Leadership

Define and lead the execution of Repligen's global payroll strategy.

• Design and implement global payroll policies, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with

international standards.

Cross-Regional Coordination & Systems Oversight

Partner closely with regional payroll and HR teams to ensure harmonized processes and systems across

countries.

Oversee and optimize global payroll platforms (including Workday and other tools), ensuring integration,

data accuracy, and operational scalability.

Risk Management & Compliance

Monitor and ensure current and future compliance with all applicable local, regional, and international payroll

regulations, tax laws, labor codes, and social security requirements.

Conduct periodic payroll audits to identify and mitigate risks proactively.

Serve as the subject matter expert on global payroll compliance.

Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls over global payroll in accordance with SOX

(Section 404) requirements.

Serve as the primary payroll contact for internal and external audit engagements; own the preparation of control

narratives, risk assessments, and evidence packages.
