We are growing at Jackson Kia and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kia Service Advisor at our reputable automotive dealership. If you have excellent skills, along with a friendly demeanor and strong organizational abilities, we want to hear from you! We provide our associates with the TOP PAY in the State!
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Greet customers and listen to their description of the problems or service needed for their vehicles
- Determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders
- Coordinate with auto mechanics and schedule mechanical work orders
- Estimate costs, verify insurance, and write repair reports
- Conduct inspections and test drive cars
- Educate customers on preventative maintenance and recommend additional repairs if needed
- Maintain customer records and make follow-up contact
- Perform other duties as assigned
