Safety Manager (Kansas City)

This is a 5+ month contract (W-2) role. Expected schedule is Monday-Saturday 2nd shift (~4 : 00p-2 : 30a) with approximately 40-60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain site safety plan
• Conduct safety inductions for all contractor and subcontracted staff
• Execute daily and weekly safety inspections, reports, and corrects findings
• Ensure that subcontractors have all required permits to work
• Organize weekly safety discussion for contractor site team
• Collect worked hours for contractor and subcontractor teams and generate monthly reports
• Investigate and report any incidents
• Generate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Work Method Statements (WMS)
