Role

The Operations Manager keeps the store running efficiently every day. Youll oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment, ensuring that customers get what they need on time, every time.

Youll lead a team of warehouse, admin, and customer support staff to help deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Ops Manager reports to the Chief Experience Manager (CXM), who leads the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure products are in stock
• Oversee receiving, unloading, putaway, cycle counting, and order picking
• Manage order fulfillment and ensure customer deadlines are met
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse and admin staff
• Communicate with customers, vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Track and improve operational processes for better efficiency
• Drive an operations culture based on safety, accountability, and customer service
• Own back-of-house administrative functions and inventory reporting for the store
• Provide dotted-line leadership to sales and design associates
