Senior UX Designer / Principal UX Designer with Security Clearance Job at Eleven

Calling cleared UX Designers! Eleven Peppers is hiring Senior / Principal UX Designers. Design user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information

• Brand and design UIs, define style guides to ensure consistency in the interface
• Collaborate with teammates that may include other designers, project managers, developers, engineers, and product champions
• You have a bachelor’s degree in information systems, human factors engineering, or a related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Usability Engineering) and at least 14 years of experience
• You’ve mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software, to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
• You have experience with a prototyping tool such as Axsure, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Your design sensibility is refined and purposeful, and the artifacts you create are beautiful and functional
• Talking to users and soliciting their feedback is second nature, and you can articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences
• You have excellent communication skills, both writing and speaking
• Experience with Agile development The Place to Be :   Work location is Columbia, MD. Some telework may be available. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency / demand, and location / telework options.
