About Our Internship Program :

Throughout your internship, you will have regular events, weekly lunch and learn sessions, and receive customized training from our business units. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable insights into supporting the needs of Stanley Black & Decker both in the US and abroad. The interns will gain first-hand exposure to Stanley Black & Decker and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network. Interns are expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and confidence. Interns must be team-oriented and collaborative.

The Job :

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to support the global supply chain team with key activities including :

• Leveraging world-class expertise in how we plan, source, make, and deliver the world's leading tools, outdoor equipment, and industrial solutions.
• Build core professional skills and competencies in areas like Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and / or Distribution.
• Assist with documenting, testing, and training for new reports or enhancement of existing reports. Participate in sales & operations planning, capacity planning, and team meetings.
• Gain exposure to basic BW, SAP, JDA, business objectives, and vendor central systems functionally.

You will have exposure to several areas of the Global Supply Chain function at Stanley Black & Decker. You will work on a wide variety of tasks and projects with a cross-functional team of professionals, including Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and / or Distribution.
