We provide custom steel fabrication, HVAC systems and applications, and modular equipment rooms for refrigeration, serving automotive, healthcare, and institutional customers worldwide. This opportunity is for the 1st Shift Modular Construction Supervisor at our Thompson Road facility in Fenton, Michigan.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and lead a workforce in the assembly and construction of modular mechanical equipment rooms.
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and project management to ensure specifications and deadlines are met.
• Monitor performance, coach team members, and provide hands-on guidance to support growth and development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and employee performance.
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations.
• Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective actions quickly.
• Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
