Job Title : Senior Project Manager – Federal & Concrete Construction

Location : Long Beach, CA

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in federal construction projects and concrete / structural scopes . The ideal candidate will oversee large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations, safety requirements, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of federal construction projects, including concrete and structural scopes
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with FAR regulations, safety requirements (EM 385-1-1), and quality standards
• Collaborate with federal agencies, inspectors, and contracting officers to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and field issues
• Manage multiple Project Managers, engineers, and support staff
• Develop monthly forecasts, cost tracking, and progress reports for senior leadership
• Drive client satisfaction while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
