Job description
A company is looking for a HEDIS Review Nurse in Louisiana.
Key Responsibilities
Audit and abstract medical records for HEDIS compliance
Attend all required training and conference calls for the project
Conduct onsite visits to provider offices as needed
Required Qualifications
0-3 seasons of experience in auditing and abstracting medical records
Medical knowledge and terminology required
Ability to read and interpret medical records
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and Adobe Reader
Must maintain confidentiality of PHI and adhere to HIPAA regulations
