Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant based in Mountain Home, AR. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing basic care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The role also includes taking care of patients' hygiene, helping with mobility, documenting patient information, and communicating with the healthcare team. The Certified Nursing Assistant will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Basic patient care skills, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Experience in monitoring vital signs and ensuring patient comfort
• Proficiency in documenting patient information and communicating with healthcare teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• CPR certification is a plus
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
